This website is operated by First Home Textile, a registered textile manufacturing factory located in El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Egypt. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us," and "our" refer to First Home Textile.

2. Product Authenticity & Specifications

Factory-Direct Products: All items listed on our store—including bedding sets, bedspreads, pillows, quilts, embroidered cushions, and sheets—are manufactured directly at our factory.
Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our textiles as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected unauthorized or illegal transactions.
Once you place an order, our customer service team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your details before processing and shipping the order.

4. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment methods to facilitate your shopping experience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in full upon receiving the package from our delivery representative.
InstaPay & Mobile E-Wallets (Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange Cash): Payments made via these methods must be confirmed by sending a transaction screenshot to our customer support team before shipping.
Bank Transfer & PayPal: Orders will only be processed after the full amount has cleared in our designated accounts.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We provide shipping across Egypt to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the governorate and manufacturing schedules for high-volume or custom embroidered orders.
First Home Textile is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer or courier service disruptions.

All content included on this site, such as fabric designs, product photography, logos, text, graphics, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of First Home Textile and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
